Specific Points of Emphasis
- Studying the usability of an entire system that has an LT component
- as opposed to evaluating just the LT component
- Detailed understanding of how users deal with the system
- as opposed to evaluation of their overall success and satisfaction
- Use of eye tracking technology as one way of achieving detailed
understanding
